About
I have an extensive career in the field of nutrition as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. I am a nutrition and wellness subject matter expert. I assess and analyze nutrition environments, knowledge, cultural influences, biometric data and eating behaviors to create personalized solutions to help people overcome obstacles to help prevent and reduce nutrition related disease.
I am an empath.
I have a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s in Nutrition and Wellness. I strive to advance public knowledge of hidden, nutritional opportunities with a significant emphasis on seasonings, prevention and data..
I am a constant advocate for hydroponic indoor farming. I support this concept through purchasing hydroponic vegetables in shops and at farmer’s markets as well as guiding small scale indoor hydroponic teaching farms in elementary schools.
